Listing requirements
Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas registration
All dentists listed in your profile must hold a valid, current registration with the Costa Rica Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas. We verify directly with the registry.
Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer, or Hiossen
Your clinic must use at least one of these four major implant systems and provide written lot-number documentation to every implant patient.
In-house cone beam CT scanner
An in-house CBCT unit is required. Outsourcing diagnostic imaging adds delays and reduces your ability to plan and execute treatment within patient visit windows.
Facility review
Before listing, we conduct a facility review to assess sterilization protocols, equipment, patient flow, and staff clinical credentials. Reviews are repeated annually.

Commission depends on your subscription tier: 10 percent on Basic, 8 percent on Pro, and 6 percent on Elite. We deduct it from the patient-accepted quote total that flows through the platform. There are no monthly fees on the Basic plan, and no commission on declined or unconverted leads.
The Basic plan is free with no monthly fee. Pro and Elite plans have monthly subscription fees and are optional. There are zero setup fees on any plan.
You have 24 hours to respond to a new patient inquiry with a written quote or a request for more information. At 18 hours we send a reminder. If there is no response at 24 hours, the lead is automatically routed to the next matched clinic and your response score is affected. Consistent non-response results in listing suspension.
All listed dentists must hold valid Costa Rica Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas registration. Clinics must use Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer Biomet, or Hiossen implant systems and provide written documentation to patients. An in-house cone beam CT scanner is required. We conduct a facility review before listing and annual re-evaluations.
We review new clinic applications within 3 to 5 business days of receiving a completed application. We may request additional documentation during review such as dentist registration certificates and facility photos. Once approved, your clinic profile goes live and starts receiving matched patient inquiries immediately.
Patients complete a 7-question quiz covering treatment type, budget, timeline, and priorities. Our algorithm scores all active clinics against each patient profile. Score components are: treatment capability match (30%), budget fit (20%), trust score from verified reviews (18%), response rate (12%), years operating (10%), and location convenience (10%).
Yes. Clinics are removed for consistent non-response, verified patient complaints, failure to provide implant documentation, or misrepresentation of credentials. Patient protection is non-negotiable.
